These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and the provider of DMV Permit Practice Test: 2026 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the app (“App”), you agree to these Terms. Not Apple/Google: this EULA is with us, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
The App helps users prepare for official driver knowledge exams across U.S. states. Content is for educational use only and does not replace official tests or services.
We are not affiliated with the DMV/DOT or any government agency.
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. The App is not intended for children under 13. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Some features are available via an auto-renewing subscription. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel:
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Restore Purchases (iOS). If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can restore prior purchases by using the “Restore” option while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Trials (if offered): any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Access. Premium features are available only while your subscription is active.
Refunds are handled solely by the App Store provider under its policies (Apple/Google). Contact the respective store for billing issues.
We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any exam. If there is any discrepancy, the official state manual prevails.
The App may link to third-party sites (e.g., official DMV/DOT manuals). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
You agree not to: (a) copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the App; (b) bypass security or interfere with the App; (c) use the App to violate law or third-party rights.
All content, questions, illustrations, logic, and UI in the App are owned by us or our licensors. Government trademarks/copyrights referenced remain with their respective owners.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will survive.
Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary (iOS). You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and that, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Product Claims & Support. We (not Apple/Google) are solely responsible for maintenance and support and for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
