These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and the provider of Ultimate Cleaner (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App (“App”), you agree to these Terms.
Ultimate Cleaner helps users analyze device storage, find duplicate photos/videos, identify unnecessary calendar events and contacts, and improve device performance.
The App provides tools for cleaning and organization. It does not modify device storage without user action, and does not guarantee any specific storage savings.
We are not affiliated with Apple, Google, iCloud Photos, Google Photos, or any system-level service.
This EULA is between you and us, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
You may use the App only if you can legally form a binding agreement.
You must be 13+ years old.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Some features require a subscription (“Premium Access”). Unlock advanced cleaning features and remove ads with a Premium Access subscription. Billing is handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel at any time:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
Free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
We do not store or process your credit card information.
Refunds are provided only by Apple or Google, depending on your platform, according to their refund policies.
You agree not to:
reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
attempt to access system data without permission
misuse cleaning features to delete data you are not authorized to remove
violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
The App may request the following permissions:
Photos — to analyze and show duplicate or similar photos/videos
Calendar — to display and allow deletion of outdated events
Contacts — to detect and manage duplicate contacts
Notifications — optional reminders
Permissions are used strictly for the App’s cleaning functionality and never for tracking or advertising.
All content, UI, algorithms, and branding in the App are our property.
Third-party trademarks (Apple, Google, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:
specific storage savings
error-free performance
that the App will work with all device configurations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
indirect or incidental damages
loss of data (deleted items cannot be restored)
device performance issues outside our control
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
You may uninstall the App at any time.
Apple and Google are not responsible for:
maintenance
support
product claims
safety issues
legal compliance
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA on iOS.
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. laws.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated version.
